How long does the process take?

After calling or emailing me.  I will try and get out to your house as soon as you are available.  Once I am at your house I will give you an offer right then and there.  I will close as soon as title work is ready.  This may take 1-2 weeks, or if you prefer I can close at a later date.  So from start to finish the entire process can take 1-2 weeks or more if necessary.

What if I have a lien or judgement on the property?

No problem.  A third party title company will handle this issue.  The lien or judgment will be paid out of your profits.

What costs will I incur from the closing?

A typical transaction with a regular real estate agent would have you paying 3% to a selling agent 3% to a buyer’s agent. Around 1% for title insurance, and around 1% for regular closing costs.  This doesn’t include any extra fee’s that come along for helping the potential buyer on work needed or closing help.  Here at DFW fair home buyer I pay for ALL of these typical fees’s saving you thousands of dollars.   So you incur zero costs at closing!

Do I need to make any repairs before selling my house - big or small?

No! I want the house exactly how it is with you doing zero repairs.

Do I need to clean my house? Or leave it completely empty?

No! I am happy to handle the clean up.

How do I know the offer is fair?

Here at DFW fair home buyer I care about one thing and that is the seller.  If I can not help you by purchasing your house I will do my best to help you in another way.  My offers are fair because I give you all the information you need to make a well informed decision.

What if My home is currently rented out?

No problem.  I am happy to purchase a home with a tenant.

What if I am out of the country or state?

No problem.  Title companies these days have been able to make closing transactions very simple.  You can close in the convenience of your home with a notary present or at a title company close to you.

What If I am behind on payments?

Are you only interested in buying single family homes?

No, I would be interested in buying small apartment complexes, multi-family or land.
